Your Personal Public Service Number (PPSN) is a unique reference number that helps you access social welfare benefits and public services in Ireland.
During your time at Citywest Reception Centre, you will be invited to apply for your PPSN and Public Services Card (PSC) which help you access various public services in Ireland. This process is administered by the Department of Social Protection.
